In a charming pre-lockdown encounter at a pub in Roscommon, Ireland, Tina and Alex’s love story began. Fast forward to an intimate elopement just the two of them, minus the fanfare, where they exchanged vows amidst a picturesque setting that reflected their deep connection. Initially, they had considered Gretna Green in Scotland for their big day, but it was Juniper Barn in Co.

Sligo that stole their hearts, transporting them to a whimsical world filled with vibrant colors, lush greenery, and romantic undertones. The lens of Pink Lime Studios beautifully captured the essence of this love-filled celebration. Tina’s stunning sustainable look included a radiant floral embroidered tulle gown by Needle & Thread, sourced from Adverts. Her bouquet of fresh flowers, carefully curated from the gardens on her wedding morning, complemented her ethereal gown seamlessly.

Alex, an avid horse enthusiast, had his trusty steed Earnie play a special role in the proposal process, donning a bridle with the heartfelt message ‘Will you marry me.’ Nature played a significant role in their love story, and it was only fitting that their outdoor ceremony took place beneath a serene circle of trees. As they exchanged vows and horseshoes to represent their unique bond, the atmosphere was nothing short of enchanting.

In a touching nod to their shared values, Tina and Alex honored their heritage by toasting with champagne from her aunt’s antique China cups – a family heirloom passed down over 60 years ago. When they revealed their happy news the following day, their families were overjoyed, accompanied by ‘just married’ cupcakes.
